4.2 AI-Generated Images — Ownership Disclaimer

AIPromptHub does not claim any ownership rights over AI-generated images produced by users using prompts obtained from our Site. When you use one of our prompts in an AI image generation tool (such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Gemini, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or any other generator), the resulting image is subject to the terms, conditions, and licensing agreements of that specific AI tool and its provider — not AIPromptHub.

We strongly encourage users to review and comply with the intellectual property and licensing terms of whichever AI generation platform they use. AIPromptHub bears no responsibility for the ownership, licensing, or legal status of AI-generated outputs.

4.3 Prompt Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AIPromptHub grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  1. Copy and use the prompt text available on our Site for your own personal or commercial AI image generation projects.
  2. Modify and adapt prompts to suit your specific creative needs.
  3. Share individual prompts with others, provided you include attribution to AIPromptHub where reasonably practical.

This license does NOT permit you to:

  • Republish, redistribute, or re-sell a substantial portion of our prompts as your own product, collection, or competing service.
  • Remove or alter any credits, attributions, or proprietary notices associated with our content.

5. AI-Specific Disclaimer — Variability of Prompt Outcomes

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the results produced by AI image generation tools are inherently variable and unpredictable. The same prompt may produce different outputs depending on a wide range of factors outside AIPromptHub's control, including but not limited to:

  1. AI Model Updates & Algorithm Changes — AI providers such as Midjourney, OpenAI, Google, and others frequently update their models, training data, safety filters, and generation algorithms. These updates can significantly alter how a prompt is interpreted and what output is produced.
  2. Platform-Specific Parameters — Different AI tools use different settings, aspect ratios, style presets, versions, and seed values that can materially affect results.
  3. Randomization & Stochastic Processes — AI image generation inherently involves randomness. Even identical prompts submitted to the same model may yield different results each time.
  4. Content Filters & Safety Systems — AI platforms apply their own content moderation and safety filters, which may block, modify, or alter outputs in ways that are outside our control.
  5. Deprecation of Features — AI providers may deprecate specific keywords, parameters, or styles that a prompt relies upon, affecting its efficacy.

While every prompt published on AIPromptHub has been tested and verified at the time of publication, we cannot guarantee that any prompt will produce identical or similar results indefinitely. The sample images displayed alongside prompts on our Site represent outputs generated at the time of testing and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

AIPromptHub shall not be held liable for any differences, inconsistencies, or failures in the output produced by third-party AI tools when using prompts obtained from our Site.

6. User Accounts & Obligations

Certain features of AIPromptHub, such as saving favorite prompts, may require you to create a user account via third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, GitHub). By creating an account, you agree to:

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Site exceed the amount of $100 USD (one hundred United States dollars).
